It's nothing amazing, but does the job. My eyebrow area is really oily, and it lasts for 10+ hours. So that's impressive. But what ticks me off is the color selection. They need a color inbetween taupe and brunet. I have dark brown hair (i'm asain) and the brunet has too much of a red undertone. Brings out redness in my face. But the taupe is way too light for me. I would buy again, but for the hefty price, I want a perfect color match. MAC has better color choices, but doesn't look natural. This one looks natural. It hold my brows in place and fills in the sparse areas. Also lengthens my brows nicely. THE ONLY THING IS THE COLOR CHOICE! OTHER WISE ITS PERFECT! Going to try Bobbi Brown's Nautral brow shaper next. EDIT: I brought it from a 4 to a 3. I've only had it for a few months, and it totally dried up. and after the first two months it didn't hold at all! I now use this as a mascara primer - and it's WORKS REALLY WELL!!! I would totally rate this a 5/5 for a mascara base.
