Pleasantly surprised!
To be honest, I expected to not like this fragrance. I'm not sure why, maybe it's all those Kiera Knightley ads of her in a boat. I did not expect this scent at all... it smells like something from L'Occitane more than Dolce & Gabbana. It smells like a sophisticated lemon verbena scent with just a hint of musk and cream, and a teensy bit woodsy. Sadly, it fades quickly (moments after spraying), which is disappointing for a fragrance of this price. My boyfriend and I bought this for a his and her scent and I have to say I really love both the mens and womens in this scent. It has a distinct citrus scent, almost like a lemon-grapefruit mix and is very musky, unlike the male version. I almost feel like it's a bit too heavy instead of the light and airy scent I was expecting. It's ok...
I didn't hate this one, but I wasn't in love with it either. I didn't feel that it lasted as long as I like my perfumes to last. Besides being too light, it's a little too citrus-y for my taste. not fresh enough
This powdery fruity fragance is light, but not that fresh. It doesn't have that "clean" smell, because of its fruity scent. It's citrus scent is masked by the powdery smell, and the packaging denotes ozone type of fragrance, which is misleading. The only perfume I'll wear
I'm picky about perfumes. I like them sweet but not too sweet, crisp rather than powdery, and not too heavy (perfume-y) but not too high school girl. I have rejected many a popular perfume. Light Blue fits the bill perfectly. It smells fantastic on me (I get compliments all the time) and is appropriate for all types of situations, from breakfast with the girls to the office to family gatherings. And it lasts for several hours on my skin without changing too much. My number 1
I have bought this fresh scent two times now. I feel like it doesn't last as long as others, but the smell makes up for any blunders. I typically love light, crisp, summery perfumes, and this one is number 1. I always feel perked up when I spritz onto my clothing, hair, or skin. If they bottle grace, this would be a possibility. Don't let the bottle deceive you, as much as it looks like a man's cologne, a mist of this delivers a feminine euphoria. The notes are sweet, they remind me of something soft oriental like mixed with florals, a combination of those two that extract such a light endearing fragrance that I like.
