  • 1. Hold the applicator so that the "M" shape of the wand faces the lashes. Apply base coat, concentrating on the center. 2. Turn the applicator upside down so that it forms a "W" shape, and lift up lashes in the center to curl. 3. Before the base dries, apply the top coat, combing the sides of lashes. To remove, use All Away Make-up Remover
