LOVE this eyeliner!!!
This stuff is truly waterproof, & I only paid $2.50 for it! Great color selection (just bought Smoky Plum), true staying power; I can go out & dance all night, or go to the gym, & my eyeliner is still there afterward! This Inexpensive Eyeliner Rockss!
This eyeliner, which is water proof and very black, is great! I use it everyday and my eyes look amazing. It also comes in other shades and is waterproof, preventing running if you get stuck outside on a bad day. Also, I am a swimmer, so I go from school to pool, and this eyeliner doesnt make me look like a racoon when i get in the water.
