I wish these were better

In theory, Lush Solid Perfumes are an inexpensive way to wear some of Lush's best scents. In reality, they last only a couple of hours. I purchased one in my all-time favorite Lush fragrance, Olive Branch, to rub on my wrists and neck. Sadly, after less than two hours, I couldn't catch even the faintest whiff of Olive Branch no matter how hard I sniffed at my wrist. — 2 years, 3 months ago

Nice solid perfume

I like solid perfumes because they are easy to carry around so you can reapply throughout the day without lugging a big bottle around. I really like the Karma scent but there are some other great ones. The perfume is fairly long lasting, but I find that I like to reapply every few hours. For the price I find that this is comparable to many spray perfumes and I really like the variety of scents Lush has. — 2 years, 12 months ago

Hard to apply.

This was a great idea from Lush. It's very portable and convenient. The fragrances are very strong, and long lasting--not to mention very moisturizing. But you have to rub rub rub it onto your skin because it's well...solid, and I found that inconvenient. — 3 years, 9 months ago

i have silky underwear, potion, fever, honey i washed the kids, and american cream. so obviously i like these things :) my very favorite is american cream. i dont know how to describe the smell, but it has a vanilla-lavender base and smells like warm, delicious heaven. all of them impart lovely, lasting, not overpowering scents. they draw compliments like nothing else. they are conveniently packaged and easy to apply. although i do like the aesthetic appeal of a beautiful perfume bottle, these scents are as good as they get and reasonably priced. they just came out with some new scents. im sure theres one of these that anyone would love. — 3 years, 4 months ago

Love "Honey I washed the kids"

I picked up the "Honey I washed the kids" scent because I wanted something that would be nice to wear to work. I work with all men, so I wanted something comforting and sensual, but not overpowering or slutty. This fits the bill for this place. convenient way to smell pretty throughout the day

I think it's great that Lush decided to put out a line of solid perfumes. They are reasonably priced and easy to stash in your purse or pocket. I purchased Karma & it smells the same as the spray perfume and lasts a reasonably long time. I do need to apply about twice a day for lasting fragrance but the tin seems to last a long time. — 3 years, 8 months ago
