Good Everyday Conditioner for Hair Health

I do think Alterna makes superior products. For someone with hair less "needy" than mine, this conditioner might work miracles. Alterna's Caviar Hair Mask works miracles for me while this Hemp conditioner just keeps my hair in "good" condition. I'd compare it to Redken's All Soft for basic results, but long term, I'd prefer to use the Alterna Hemp for my light conditioning days if it makes sense to do so. Alterna can be prohibitively expensive. So far I've lucked out and I've been finding some items in the line on clearance in my local beauty store. I have always had trouble with dry, frizzy hair. As soon as I started using this product, I noticed an immediate improvement. My hair is softer, and I have many fewer days where I'm plagued by frizzy, out of control hair. I use this on the days that I do not do the masque treatment. My hairdresser even comments on how much more healthy my hair seems.
