A friend of mine has this curl stick and she let me try it. It works well but I prefer hot rollers for my thick coarse hair. The curls did not last all day with this curl stick the way they do when I use hot rollers. But it works well for her fine hair. — 3 years, 9 months ago

This gives more natural looking results than a curling or flat iron. It takes a little getting used to... but what doesn't? All you do to get carefree curls is take a 1/2'' to 1'' section of hair and wrap it around the barrel, hold, and release. You might have to be careful about not burning the tips of your fingers or your palm or forearms on this one, because you do all the work, as opposed to a curling iron that does the work for you. 10 stars for a great new hair hot tool! — 2 years, 8 months ago
