    Great foundation

I really like this foundation. You just need an expert to match you correctly. If you add a little bit of la mer translucent powder to finish you look pretty flawless. Definitely worth the money.

    Lightweight feel, good coverage

I was already a fan of the famed Creme de la Mer when I discovered that La Mer also made foundation. It gives a good amount of coverage, but feels light on. Like you aren't wearing any foundation at all. All in all, I'd say it's one of the best foundations I've tried, and I've tried a lot!

This foundation got me back into the liquids.

I have not been so impressed with a foundation in a long time. And you know I try many of them. Instantly my face is lightened and brightened with this makeup. The color Ivory is perfect for my pale skin tone and it blends easily into my jawline for no line of demarcation. I have experimented in application by applying simply with my fingers, a sponge, a sponge to blend what I apply to my face, a...read morend I also even tried applying with a foundation brush. I have found that pumping the foundation out of the pump twice onto the back of my hand, dotting the makeup on my forehead, chin, and upper cheekbones and then blending this out with a sponge works very well for a lighter coverage. I then take what is left of the foundation on my hand and run the sponge through it and blend on the more red parts of my cheeks for a bit heavier coverage. After a long day, the foundation looks just as flawless on my skin than it does as when I first applied it. La Mer’s The Treatments Fluid Foundation SPF has a retail price of $75 for 1 oz., which admittedly is more than I ever thought I would spend for a foundation. But seeing the difference in how I look and feel about my skin on a daily basis makes this a splurge worth making.

    Great foundation

I received a sample from the La Mer counter, and I fall in love with it everytime I apply this foundation. Its moisturizing without clogging your pores and they have a lot shades that match most skin tones. I will be purchasing the full size product once I get rid of all the other foundations I currently own ;)
