This is a far better product than Philosophy Eye Believe. It is really moisturising, and makeup glides on very well when applied on top. It doesn't irritate my eyes, and I have not found it to be greasy or heavy, yet my lines are minimised. You only have to use a small amount and pat it on your under eye area, it lasts a long time in the tube.
