I hate struggling with finding just the right lip liner shade. This product's "natural" and "neutral" shades are nearly universal. The product goes on smoothly and stays on. My only quibbles are that the pencil seems to get dry after a few weeks and breaks off easily. Otherwise this would be a 10!02/22/2008
