Philosophy Amazing Grace Eau de Parfum Reviews

AMAZING Fragrance
I love the name of Philosophy's "Amazing Grace," and it would be next to impossible for the fragrance to get any more beautiful. The notes are simple--bergamot, muguet blossoms, and musk. It is uniquely feminine and oh-so-soft and seductive. — 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Amazing Grace Fragrance
This fragrance is very light, but it lasts a long time. It has a very fresh smell. I would recommend this fragrance. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful

Don't like
I received this from a friend as a gift and I feel bad because I never wear it. Even though I love feminine scents, this is way too powdery for me. The powdery scent is far too strong for me to tolerate. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

Amazing Grace Eau de Toilette
I purchased a large set of Amazing Grace products and I really liked it. Here is the biggest problem with this specific product: it is an Eau de Toilette spray. Amazing Grace is a scent that can be worn in any environment, including hospitals, because it is a lighter scent. Eau de Toilette sprays are watered down scents, so when you have a light, citrusy floral scent, you need it to be more concentrated. It will cost you more to buy an eau de parfum, but you will enjoy the scent so much more. Your bottle will last a lot longer and you will receive compliments on "smelling nice". If you like the Amazing Grace scent, spend the money on the eau de parfum! Make sure to try layering Amazing Grace as well. You can layer the 3 in 1 bath and shower gels, the body lotions, and the body spritzers with your eau de parfum to maximize the power of this mix of citrus, soft flowers, and air. The same is true for many of the Philosophy fragrances, so if you don't like Amazing Grace, give one of the "Love" fragrances a try. The Love fragrances combine vanilla and different dark berries for amazing scents. Fragrances are really all about personal preference, so I always suggest trying a sample before spending the money on a full size and then regretting it. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

So fresh, so clean
Of the 3 Philosophy Grace series, Amazing Grace is my favorite. It smells clean, fresh, but neither too powdery nor too soapy. The scene is simple yet not too boring, thus, it is wearable for daily use. Amazing Grace seems to agree with my body chemistry, and it does not stink up my personal space so I have never received any complaint when I wear near my friends (and believe me, my friends are darn honest! ;)). If any, I wish the scent lasted a bit longer. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Do Not Like
I've never been impressed with anything, really, from the Philosophy brand. But I love perfume so I've tried out this scent. No thank you! I can understand why other people might like it--it's not disgusting or anything--but it definitely doesn't fit my taste or personality. Perhaps it's TOO floral for my taste? I think that may be it. I feel like it's too overwhelming with the flowery scents. I prefer my flower scents to be a bit lighter and mixed in with something a little sweeter than the musk (which, honestly, I can only barely detect in this fragrance, even though they list it as one of the main aspects of the scent...). — 1 year agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Safe Bet
I used to have this scent and enjoyed it for awhile but I'm bored with it now, especially since my husband fails to find it sexy. I think if you're looking for a safe fragrance or a starter perfume, this would be an ideal purchase. The younger woman may feel comfortable with it. Grace is not in any way heavy and just smells fresh and light. I'd be comfortable with my daughter wearing it. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Nice, always appropriate
It is a very soft clean, fresh fragrance that is has a light citrusy floral essence. I have terrible allergies and do not like or tolerate most perfumes very well, but I really like this one a lot. It is a casual fragrance that is universally appropriate for any age and activity. You can wear it to work, school, church, anywear, everyday. The only thing that is that it fades quickly and if you do not use the bottle up quickly, they fragrance goes bad. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Amazing Grace
This is one of those fragrances that is on my list of things I will NEVER use. I'm not sure why, but it smells a bit Grandma-ish to me. People always say it's a fresh & clean fragrance, but I don't perceive it that way. I'm a big fan of Pure Grace, Baby Grace, Inner Grace, and Summer Grace, but this is one I cannot wear. I can't stand to be in the same room with a person that has it on either. — 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful
