I use this all the time. I put it on before lipstick, and sometimes just add a bit of liner and it makes it a natural, lush lip for me. It's not sticky, too slippery or goopy. Just perfect in a nice little "self-sharpening" pen. Super Full and Lineless Lips
This is a great quickie product as it fills in the lines and plumps the lips so easily. Its texture is a bit waxy, but not at all gooey so I find it great especially with the Red lipstick now so popular.
