Sebastian Professional Microweb Fiber Reviews

A good product--just don't use too much!
LipglossandSpandex (487 reviews)I like it! It makes your hair look nice and piece-y. It provides a bit of shine, and smooths my hair down. I have short hair, so it was easy to overdo it with the Microweb Fiber--a full pump is too much! Just smells lightly of styling product--fresh and clean and a bit sweet. It is a bit heavy but I don't mind. I might consider repurchasing this! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 4 people said helpful

great for curls
kenya (498 reviews)amazing stuff!it has the hold of a gel or hairspray without the stickiness(on your hair its not sticky. in your hands it is because the actual cream is so thick). it lasts all day and left my natural curls well defined and soft. i was able to create texture and when i curled my hair with a curling iron, the style held for over 6 hours and i still had soft and manageable hair. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Works better for short hair
luckybetty (880 reviews)This nice looking texturizer left my hair feeling less dry, but my hair must be too long/straight to be shaped. It was very easy to wash off, but I felt that I wasted too much since the result was minimal. I gave it to my husband who does not like hair gel. Wow, he loved it from the day one. It is not too sticky, and it does not give him greasy hair. His hair is easier to control after using this product. He also likes the convenient dispenser, which is perfect to carry in his gym bag. So ladies, if you have long hair and don't see too much benefit, give this to BF, father, husband etc! — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Melted Marshmallow Makes Hip Style
leo1999 (560 reviews)I have never used a top-o-the-line hair product before, and after using the Microweb Fiber by Professional Sebastian, which was cool but not amazing for me, I probably never will again. The texture of the product was very sticky, like melted marshmallow. It smelled nice and if you're into salon-style extreme style, it may work for you. With the Microweb Fiber you can probably do some cool styles with dry hair if you're style inclined and probably have less hair than me. It comes out in a little pump so you can use your hands like a pro—if you're like a pro.:-) Overall, a fun product for the hip. I'm not hip though, I guess. Haha. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great fun!
Thorne (335 reviews)This is a product definitely worth trying. It is fun to play with and smells amazing. I did not think this product was for my very straight, shoulder length baby fine hair type or style. It was heavy and spiderwebby and sticky when rubbed between my hands. Surprisingly, it gave my hair a beachy, "dirty" (in a good way) look and some texture and structure without looking greasy or stringy. It was very touchable--you could run your hands through it without any stickiness or stiffness. It held my hairstyle for a few hours, and I could redo it with my fingers all through the day and it would hold. I tried it on my very reluctant husband's short conservative hairstyle. He hates hair products, but actually liked this one. This gave his hair an awesome piecey, rockstar look and, believe me, I am really hairstyling impaired. I may give this a "10" as I play with this and really figure this product out. UPDATE: I tried a tiny bit rubbed between my hands and put it on the very ends of my hair and loved it. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great Styling
Stef42678 (479 reviews)I really loved the fragrance of this product because it was very feminine and added a nice fruity smell to my hair. This product is so great for hair styling, because not only does it hold my bangs in place, but it also holds curls in my usual straight hair. The product isn't heavy or greasy and great for a styled look. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great texturizer
darkangel81 (289 reviews)Sometimes I want my hair to look piecy, and this does a great job of doing that without weighing it down or feeling sticky. Smells fantastic too! This is also great for slicking your hair back, and gives your hair nice shine and not the "gelled" look. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

just like Redken Rewind and Kiehl's Molding paste
MakeupGuru (424 reviews)This product is very tacky and stringy, so if you're not used to it, it will feel very heavy. It is great for spiky hair, texturized hair, piecy hair, and to define layers. It does the job just as great as Redken Rewind and Kiehl's molding paste. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
