The best color dryer and cuticle conditioner on the planet!
I have bought this for years. When I could no longer find it in stores, I trolled the internet until I found sellers. It dries polish lickety-split and is the only product I have found that conditions my cuticles enough so that they go a day without cracking and flaking. Uh...what's this supposed to do again?
I bought this for using after my nail polish application. I read the description and I thought I would try it. It didn't dry my nails at all. It left the polish wet on top of my hands being totally greasy at the same time. I had to wash off the finishing spray and reapply my polish! What a bummer. I wish this would have worked!
