I've been using Murad's Recovery Treatment Gel for two weeks now. It calms the rosacea red in my cheeks. My skin feels smoother with fewer rosacea flare ups. Drying
this product did not soothe irritation at all. Rather it just made my skin very tight and uncomfortable. I find it strange that a product made for reactive skin contains caustic ingredients such as Butylene Glycol which has a close chemical make up as propylene glycol a main ingredient in anti freeze. Murad Recovery Treatment Gel takes the redness and itching caused by an allergic reaction or sensitivity, INSTANTLY! I couldn't believe how effective and quickly it works, until I used it! The only difficult part is the COST! I sure hope MURAD finds a way to make a smaller, more affordable size for me.
