Warm it up and layer it on
This product is a box of mineral mud packs. You can use it on your body, even in your hair, but it's not intended to use on your face. You essentially place the packages (which are fairly generous proportions) under hot tap water for a minute or two to warm, and you layer it on. Then you let it set to get the full benefit of the Dead Sea minerals that makes AHAVA so revolutionary. What I liked most about it was that it was theraputic soothed my hamstring which has been a constant source of pain due to a sports injury.
