It's alright
I have to say I've tried this twice and it's not something I'm jumping for joy about, and I wouldn't say it's worth the money you have to spend on it either. I used it in my night time routine to wash away makeup and this formula is gentle enough to use on your eyes which is really nice... but it's too gentle. It does not remove water proof mascara or even all of my eyeshadow or foundation, I found myself using a second face wash just to get rid of all my makeup. It is not drying which is nice and does wash away greasiness in the morning and left over mascara from the night before (but that's after being in a hot shower for a while...). Best Ever
This cleanser is quite pricey, but it's worth every penny. I also only need a tiny dot, so that expensive bottle lasts me several months. For my skin--fair, only, acne prone--this cleanser is perfection. I've tried several times to change to something less expensive and every time I come back to this. And every time I come back? I notice a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my skin. My skin tone becomes more even and I have a lot less breakouts. And the few breakouts I still get are smaller and don't last as long as with other cleansers. I don't wear heavy makeup--some primer and a light coverage powder foundation--so I find that it removes my makeup without any trouble. But because this product works so well with my skin type, I don't NEED heavy makeup. On the fence
I received this as a sample, and when I used it I was only wearing a small amout of eyeshadow. It removed the bit of makeup I was wearing and it seems very gentle which is pretty good; it does have a heavy scent in cucumber but it was so slimy and gooey that it almost grossed me out. It didn't lather at all, but it rinsed off very clean. I purchased this because of all the positive reviews I read. But after using it, I am not impressed. It is really gentle so don't expect it to remove heavy make up. It doesn't smell that great either. And the least favorite for me is the price. As with all other Fresh products, they are way too expensive for what you really get. Average, that's it.
I bought this cleanser on a whim at Sephora after reading all the reviews on it. There were two sizes avaliable. The larger size, being around $35. And the travel size, around $15. Not wanting to buy such a large bottle without being sure I liked it, I purchased the travel size. My skin is very fair, dry-combo, and very acne prone. This cleanser did nothing. I always take off my makeup with a wipe, because I believe a cleanser will do its best when it has a cleaner surface to focus on. But even with no makeup, this cleanser left my skin feeling oily, and gross. It also made my complexion very dull. FRESH FACE FARCE
I was really excited when I was given a free sample of this product at Sephora the other day. I have always wanted to try Fresh products. However, I was extremely disappointed. To start, the product was slimy and smelt of cucumbers( and not in a good way). It removed NONE of my makeup. I believe cleaning my face with actual cucumber peels would have the same effect, smell, and gooey factor. Never again. decent, too drying on my skin
I received a sample of this as a gift for Christmas, and I probably should've waited until summer to use it. It's way too drying in my opinion for a high end cleanser, but I can see it being a good product for oily skin in the warmer months. I do love the scent and how it felt while I was washing my face. I'm a huge Fresh fan, but I'd say save your money on this. Great reFreshing cleanser
I got a small sample size of this and have been purchasing it ever since. It is a little expensive but I can see such a difference after using it that I think it's worth the splurge. I love the scent, like fresh cucumber though I know others find it offensive. I felt I got a good clean feeling without over drying. Effective and gentle
