Disappointing

Eye Shimmer
I really love these eye pencils because they come in great colors and add a lot of shimmer to your eyes. These are perfect for a night out and so easy to apply. Too Tween
I got a trial size of this liner free when I bought one of the shadows. The staying power is okay; a little smudge-y but I haven't found a pencil liner that doesn't smudge at least a little on me. I wouldn't use this on a regular basis because there's just too much glitter in it for everyday wear (& this comes from a glitter lover); it feels teeny-bopper like. Ouch!

Glitter to the EXTREME
I really love eye pencils so I was excited to try out these ones. They are so glittery. It depends on my mood. The product overall lasts a while but will smudge. I also noticed that the glitter didn't stay. It was all over my cheeks. I think they go on very smooth though and the packaging is so cute. The best glitter eye-liner I've found
I saw a black glitter eye-liner at Hot Topic a few years ago and eagerly purchased it, hoping for an awesome night-time look. What I got was a pencil with hard glitter chunks in it that pulled on my eyelids and scratched my skin without leaving any glitter behind. I was hesitant to purchase the Hard Candy pencil because of this experience, but was still hoping for a good glitter eye-liner. I was not disappointed. This glides on smoothly and leaves a nice dark line with plenty of sparkle. It didn't scratch or pull my skin and the glitter stayed put, not falling onto my face. A little goes a long way! I bought this but i rarely wear it because I'm not into looking like a glitter wearing 13 year old that much.
