Definetly a GLUE
This is a really hard product to work with because its like an actual glue for your hair. Its a thick white paste with a glue like texture. Its really really sticky and it will stick to your fingers quickly if your not careful. It dries fast so you want to work it in quickly before it hardens. Once you get it on your hair, your hair will feel like you really put actual glue in your hair.
