works for me
im very very pale, platinum ash blond with ice blue eyes naturally, and when i started to get some darkening under my eyes not only was it very noticable [i got lots of 'oh, you look tired today' comments...] but im too light for most under eye concealers to blend or cover well. i bought this even tho the picture in the ad was way worse than my situation, with the bruised looking model, and started using it twice a day everyday like the tube said. the very first time i used too much, and it made my eyes, PUFFIER. after that i was less heavy handed, and it seemed to absorb well with no ill effects. it took about 4 monthes of steady use but my under eye area is LIGHTER now THAN THE REST OF MY FACE. ive been using it for a little over a year, and the under eye shadows havent come back....i am a little wary of stopping! i think it does work, it just may take longer than you expect, but you do get a ton of the cream, i think ive only had to buy this 3 times in over a year. oh, one of my girlfriends from the beauty shop is italian [sicilian] heritage and has heriditary darkness under her eyes, [she said her mom and gramma both had it the same] and she tried it, and it didnt do anything for her at all, after 3 monthes she quit using it. i dont kno but maybe that sort of under eye shadowing is normal for her, and not something that can be 'corrected', so if you have that kind it might not work for you either, just letting you kno! <3 — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 8 of 10 people said helpful

This product is a terrible waste of money. I used it faithfully twice a day for three months, and gave up when I saw no difference. I have better luck with drugstore products. The money back guarantee? Forget it, good luck trying to get your money back, the company makes all kinds of promises and claims, but they don't stand behind their products. fades darkness,but doesn't hydrate
i have serious undereye circles from allergies, heredity, and not enough sleep. i have never found an eye cream that actually lightened them until i used hylexin. here is what i found. 1. you have to use it twice a day for at least 30 days before you see results. 2. it does not hydrate, so if you are dry in the eye area, you have to use a hydrating cream on top, which is a hassle. 3. it only lightened my circles about 50%... definitely better than before i used it, but still not totally gone. 4. it IS expensive, but the tube lasted me a year. — 5 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

I have been cursed with under eye dark circles and will try anything to lighten them. I've even gotten filler done (I know). I have to say after using this eye cream, I have noticed a slight change in my dark circles. For those who said this product didn't work for them, if you suffer from allergies or sinus infections, unfortunately you're stuck with dark circles. I go to a top notch skin specialist in Los Angeles and she informed me of this. The best solution for those who can't use a topical formula to get rid of dark circles is to use a great under eye concealer. Don't Buy The Hype

Another bust
I will buy anything that claims to solve undereye circles, and since this product was so expensive I figured, you get what you pay for--this must be the answer. But it didn't do anything at all, save for dry out my undereyes. This works for me!
I started using Hylexin a few years ago and I noticed that my dark circles improved dramatically over the course of a few months. A little bit over a year ago I stopped using it because I thought I didn't need it anymore, big mistake. A few months ago I noticed that my dark circles came back and they were really bothering me, concealer wasn't even enough to hide them. I went out and bought Hylexin about two months ago and my dark circles are almost completely gone. I use Hylexin under another eye cream that is specifically used for hydration because Hylexin does not hydrate at all. I recommended it to my sister and, unfortunately, she didn't see any results.
