Maybe I have a bad bottle, but I found the formula on the light side as in runny. The scent makes me gag. Although it does help my hair, I would not reconsider purchasing this product. — 6 months, 1 week ago

I´m so sorry to share my experiencie, since it´s not as good as i would like it to be. I bought this product thinking that I would help smoothing my dry and thick hair, but it´s terrible, it made my hair even drier and now it´s very very stiff. I am a liscensed cosmetologist, and i personally LOVE JOICO because of this product. This reconstructor works wonders on over-processed hair because it puts back the keratin in your hair because of the hydrolized keratin, however, If you actually have the Keratin process treatment, and LOVE it I dont reccomend using this until AFTER you have just gotten it done because of the Sodium Chloride. However, i use this right after i shampoo my hair, before i apply it i towel dry my hair because the more water in your hair the more the product is diluted. WORTH EVERY PENNY! this product is pretty good, since the first time i used it , i noticed my comb had less hair on it, and the next day i could comb my hair without being wet and hardly a few hairs on my comb, my hair feel stronger and less frizzy. i use it once weekly, its a little expensive, but really works!!!!!!!!!!! — 2 years ago

BLEACHED HAIR NIGHTMARE!!

I had a terrible time bleaching my hair from dk brown to champagne blonde. 4 Treatments! Ouch!! I began to panic. Certain all of my hair would break off, I searched the net. I bought this product knowing I needed it to work to save my hair!! It didn't disappoint. The first couple times I left it on for 15 minutes because my hair was desperate!! It's still damaged but improving. Right now I am letting my hair tell me how often it needs it because the difference is very noticeable when it's time to reapply. In time I plan to use it once a week. Definitely recommend for SEVERELY DAMAGED HAIR. Life saver! You MUST use a conditioner after to detangle your hair. AFTER FIRST TREATMENT: I was able to pull a wide tooth comb thru my hair with confidence. Prior to using it I would press the fingers of one hand against my scalp as I combed with the other! That's how fragile my hair felt and I didn't want the combing to yank it out by the root. HUGE DIFFERENCE!! — 2 years, 8 months ago

This works really well. It smells good too! My hair is very damaged and this stuff helped a lot. I do like the aphogee 2 min reconstructer better though. — 3 years ago
