It's lightweight shine, and sprays very finely, so this is better than other products that can make your hair look too oily when applied. This only claims to do one thing, add shine and it definitely delivers on that. I use this when I flatiron my hair for a finishing shine that only this could produce. Just be careful how much you spray because it can look real dirty real fast no matter where on your hair you spray.
