Good acne wash
I have used many acne washes over the years and this one was really good! It cleansed my skin without stripping it or drying it out. I love to use it with my clarisonic brush. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

It's okay but try the cleansing cream instead
I tried this cleanser first and it's a good cleanser. However, I then tried the Effaclar cleanser cream and it blew this one out of the water. The gel didn't get my skin as clean as the cream. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Not bad
Most cleansers for acne prone skin or oily skin leave my skin feeling dry, itchy and just bad. My skin feels nice after using this and it does a good job of removing makeup. But i have to say i will continue with my jason tea tree and olive oil soap it is my fave and so affordable. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

LOVE!!!
This product is amazing for removing makeup, everyday cleanser, and acne treatment! I am expecting a baby so I can't use any of this anymore.. But as soon as I give birth, I am going right back to it! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

It works okay.
I do a lot of sports and get all sweaty but when I get home, I wash my face with this. I haven't really seen much of an improvement to my skin though! It cleans my face, but doesn't clear it! It was recommended by my dermatologist, but it doesn't really help my skin! — 8 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Wonderful cleanser
At first I was using Toleriane, but I found that I was really acne prone, so I switched to Effaclar. Nothing has ever worked for me. I tried ProACTIV which dried out my skin like the sahara and irritated my cheeks like mad. Effaclar gel however does not strip my skin or dry it out, my acne has cleared up by 85% within a month and a half. This is my miracle cleanser, and I highly recommend it. I am a Cosmetician, and I must say, if you do have sensitve or very very dry skin, don't be using this, you need the deep cleansing foam in the box! :) — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Ok- but not a 10
I bought this with high hopes- I have oily skin and Im almost 30. I have one red pimple that seems to stay for 2 weeks and just when it goes away another pops up. I was hoping this would help the oiliness and pimples. It cleaned my face nicely and got rid of my makeup well. Not drying, either. As to any miracles on my pimples and oiliness- nope! A good basic cleanser. I guess one product cant do everything. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

I have dry skin do to menopause and living in a dry, hot climate. This product was great at cleaning my skin but not stripping and irritating my face. I has helped clear up small acne eruptions on my chin and lower cheeks. — 5 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Dry & acne prone - tried MANY products & this is the best!
I am 28 and still very acne-prone with skin that is exacerbated in dry conditions. My dermatologist has recommended this product, and it is fabulous! — 5 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
