I have depended on this treatment for years and years. It's an Okay product
Sometimes I wonder if Paul Mitchell products work. I own many, and see few results. Hair Repair reminds me of a regular conditioner that you leave in few a few minutes. You can leave it on longer & blow dry a little as a catalyst as I do, but I still don't think it's as good as other treatments. Maybe this would work if you didn't have color treated hair or had a very small hair issue to work on I have dry hair thats been color treated for years and I'm always searching for awesome, heavy duty hair care.
