I like the way this smells, but it loses its scent quickly. I also found that it leaves quite a bit of residue. I recommend it for a hand soap but not for use in the shower.

The best smelling soap

The Body Shop makes some great bar soaps. Among all their scents though, I love the Satsuma the most. It is light and refreshing but rich and decadent at the same time. I have dry skin, so I could never use this as a body soap. I keep this in my bathroom and use it as a hand soap. I much prefer this in the liquid form because it is more convenient and more strong smelling, but the bar soap is quite nice as well. These last forever as hand soaps, even when used multiple times a day.

Best clear glycerin soap

I used to think that the best smelling Body Shop soap was Pink Grapefruit, but when I purchased this Satsuma orange soap, this became my favorite Body Shop soap. I usually don't like to use a bar of soap to wash my body because it is not moisturizing and does not lather as good as shower gel. But when I just need to cleanse my hands or when I become sweaty after workout, I sometimes use bars of so...read moreap. This Satsuma soap is very refreshing and cleanses really well. For the dry winter months, I still prefer Dove's bars though. My husband likes to use these Body Shop soaps all year round over Irish Spring, Dial or Lever 2000. I often find them a buy 3, get 1 free deal at their shops. These bars last a long time especially when I store them in a soap dish with drain. There is no doubt in my mind that the Body Shop makes the best clear glycerin soaps.

Pure joy

I simply love this scent, always have. To me it's the perfect fruit scent without smelling at all artificial or too sweet. In a soap it works particularly well, and always makes having to get up just a little bit better. I felt like the soap does it job; I feel clean, without leaving that dry, tight feeling.
