this is seriously one of the best shampoos i have ever used. the formula is so creamy and lathers very nicely. one thing i'm afraid of whenever i try a new shampoo is if it'll make my hair feel dry after i rinse. this shampoo made my hair feel SO smooth after i rinsed it out! but the downside is the smell. although it cleansed my hair very well and made it feel very hydrated, the first thing i noticed when i poured the shampoo in my hands was the smell! it smells like medicated shea butter. — 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

I just switched to this from a local manufacturer of lavender shampoo. This is really fantastic. My hair is soft and healthy. I found out about this when I worked at Ulta. Could not stand the smell

Ok I just went and re-read my packet to make certain we were talking about the same product. I was expecting a lightly sweet shea smell instead I got a chemical, insecticide and a hint of body odor fragrance. I could not believe FF made a product that smelled so bad. The conditioner was the same. This was a fresh sample set I received at Walgreen last night. Sorry I can't rate the performance I was afraid the scent would still be in my hair so I added another conditioner to cover this up.
