I like this mask, I feel like it nourishes my hair and gives it the extra boost of moisture it needs. I use it once a week and have a noticed a difference in my dry, brittle hair. for some reason a lot of hair falls out while applying it and in the shower. i don't know if it's the cause but any other time when i'm not using this my hair doesn't shed like a dogs.
