I've been using this for about a year, and am very happy with it. I spray it on wet hair, at the roots, and then dab some John Frieda Brilliant Brunettes shine serum on my ends. I let the whole thing air dry, and it gives my fine hair just enough body. This is the only paul mitchell product I use. I LOVE it! My hair is very fine and limp, and I use this when I blow dry to give a ton of body and fullness.
