This gives you volume, it smells okay and the price is not bad, My hair is not flat but when I want extra volume I put this in my hair and it works wonderful!! I've been using this for about a year, and am very happy with it. I spray it on wet hair, at the roots, and then dab some John Frieda Brilliant Brunettes shine serum on my ends. I let the whole thing air dry, and it gives my fine hair just enough body.
