This stuff smells like candy and has protein in it. I love the smell and it is quite a treat to the hair as well. I don't even need a separate conditioner it and can get away with washing once every third day instead of every day. The bottle has lasted me for quite a lot longer than other protein shampoo that I bought that was similar and less expensive.
