I love dove soap, you can tell there is a lot of moisturizer in it and it lathers nicely. I normally like the scented ones but this is really wonderful for winter. I am a regular shower gel/liquid body wash user, but if I had to choose a solid soap, this is my first choice. This mild bar lathers well, and cleans wonderfully without drying out my skin or leaving no residue. It's awesome that Dove has a skincare line for those with sensitive skin (Bar, Body Wash, Wipes, Deodorant) and they don't cost a fortune and you can purchase them at a local store. If I really liked bar soap, as opposed to the liquid pump style, this would be the way to go. I've never used a bar on my face because i'm so used to that wierd-tight-squeaky-feeling most bar soaps give your skin, i thought BLEH i don't want that feeling on my face! I've spent tons of money on good facial soap and I was totally surprised by this little bar. It cleaned of all my makeup and made my skin feel silky smooth. Most soaps make my skin feel tight and dry afterwards if i don't put on moisturizer right after this makes it feel like i've already put some on! It doesn't make me more oily or breakout. One bar lasts months! I've started using it all over. I've used Dove soaps regularly in the past because of their awesome scents so clearly I have NEVER tried the unscented version in the BAR form. My skin became SUPER sensitive due to a medical condition recently and I didn't know where to turn. I heard about how great this soap was and all I can say is that I wish I found this soap sooner. It's SUPER gentle, and it moisturizes my skin enough to wear I can skip some body lotion. It has a faint scent but it disappears quickly enough. Dove is always good for moisturizing! It is also especially good for sensitive skin. Most products dry out and break out my already flaky, desert, acne prone skin, but this moisturizes without affecting my acne. The only problem is the smell of his bar. I walked into the bathroom three days in a row wondering what was smelling so musty. I thought it was me, so I just kept on putting more and more deodorant on! Haha!
