It's Nice
It give a little color at a time without going overboard. I buy this product all year long to keep the ghostly look away. When summer comes I bump it up to the "Medium" Neutrogean to give myself a faster tan when I want to wear summer clothes. — 4 years, 12 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Color Glow
I liked this bronzer from Neutrogena because it did give my skin a subtle color change and a nice glow. The formula went on smoothe and not greasy, but it did leave my hands and cracks in my skin a little orange. The formula changed my skin tone a gradual darker color after a few applications. — 4 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

A radiant orange glow but not a tan
I started to use this a few days ago and I had a subtle glow. However, now going on only my third day of using this self tanner, I have quite a few visible streaks. Streak-free my bass!!! I feel like instead of having a nice tan I look orange. In the sun, the orange color is more noticeable. — 3 years, 12 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 5 people said helpful

You'll look like the bottle
This tanner stained my legs orange. It also smells like dead skunk and leaves streaks. There are too many good self-tanners on the market to waste your money on this one. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Shocked
I was about to write a terrible review.. then I read a couple of great ones and decided to try it again. I am so glad I doubted myself. My tan looks real. Super real. I was more careful watched my ankle and knees, washed my hands vigorously immediately and am seriously impressed. I am so happy I didn't throw this out yet. It was from last year. After my bath time.. which I love. I lather up with this build a tan. I look ready for summer without a skin cancer worry. Honestly try it.. read the instructions plus there is a video on self tans in the video hair etc link.. kind of.. someone else sprays her but you get the idea. — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Add lotion to this for a more natural look!
Used straight, this lotion can be streaky and too strong-smelling. The solution to this problem is to add your regular body moisurizer to it, getting less extreme tanning results each time that you can can blend better, with no streaks and a lighter smell. The lotion contains more DHA than necessary, so diluting it helps a lot. Doing that, you also double the number of applications you get from one bottle, for an exceptional value. — 4 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 8 of 8 people said helpful

not what i wanted
Neutrogena Build-a-Tan Gradual Sunless Tanning Lotion builds a tan fast, but it has a horrible smell. it is also easily removed by merely scratching an itch. the thicker the layer of lotion, the darker your tan will be. make sure to let ti dry completely or else it will leave stains on your clothes. — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
