mmm.....hate this

smells bad. not a glaze. ive done salon supply and this is not a glaze, bc glazes give you shine, color boost and softness, and this doesnt. boooo. plus, it recomends you thouroughly saturate your hair to do the 'deep shine treatment' and for me, that took the whole bottle to do. so waste of money for sure.

So-so

It didn't improve my highlights but didn't make my hair brassy either. I'm not sure if I like this product based on the results I haven't had. I don't use it anymore b/c it smells kind of funky to me.

Great for highlights

Whenever I bleach highlights into my naturally dark hair, this allows them to pop yet blend beautifully in at the same time. My hair has an overall bright lustre to it that is very complementary overall. I originally thought when I first used it that my hair was drier, which would be natural to assume with a color-enhancing product, but after a few times it actually does start to feel silkier. A definite plus-shine plus soft texture. Looks and feels great.

It definitely works

Glaze and a touch of color--it does exactly what it claims to do. Though one has to be patient for it to take full effect (up to two weeks), the glaze makes my hair soft, glossy, and healthy, while my blond undertones are slightly exposed--especially in the sun. The product does stink a bit, but my shower has such a flowery smell that the stink is gone in a few minutes. John Frieda definitely knows what it's doing, and it is easy to find amazing deals on this time-worthy product.

Natural shine

Unfortunately i think this product is no longer available. I stopped using it when i got highlights so as not to mess with them. But when i used this warm blonde glaze on my natural light brown hair i was pleasantly surprised. My hair was shinier and the natural color shone on its own with no help from dyes. My friends always complimented my hair after i used this. Looked especially radiant if you do a nice blowout after the glaze.

Severe ALLERGIC REACTION!!!

I used this stuff to darken my hair a bit and after 2 minutes of smelling its fumes I started sneezing uncontrollably and my throat closed up. I could feel my tonsils touching each other...I couldn't breath. My eyes were itchy and swollen with a fever. This lasted about 12 hours! I almost went to the emergency room. I will never use anything with these awful chemicals again.

Love this product

I've been coloring my hair for years to cover the gray, but recently had a bad reaction to the permanent hair dye, so I can't use permanent hair color. I was really bummed out about having to "go gray" but I discovered this product and after only one application it subtly covered my gray roots --blends very naturally and looks like blondish highlights. I found it very easy to use and d...read moreidn't notice any horrible smell. It also has improved the texture and shine. I will continue to use this product.

Worth Trying

I used this product back when I had my natural light brown hair with salon highlights. While subtle, it did make my hair soft and shiny. It never left my hair feeling greasy or weighed down either.

Great hair glaze

I have this in honey/caramel. I have dark golden blonde hair and it gives it a nice pick me up. However I dont like the alcohol scent it has I wish it had a yummier scent.
