It is the perfect shade for when you don't want to change colors. This is glossy, high-powered colored, completely true to its name. this stuff is awesome
Until recently I rarely polished my nails because i hated it chipping a day later. but not anymore since i've tried colorstay. this stuff really works. it lasted for over a week and only began to chip after cleaning out my garage. i will definately be buying this again.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 7 people said helpful

I like this nail polish, it goes on smooth and doesn't take forever to dry. Why discontinued?
I really liked these, I was impressed because they stay true to their name "colorstay" as they are long lasting. Easy to apply and go on smoothly. One of my favorite colors is the Rich raspberry. UPDATE
*UGH! This stuff is simply not good. After my THIRD TRY with this - I'm an eternal optimist - I had to go back and rate it a one. It chipped within four hours, the application was streaky and bubbled and the shine stayed on some nails and disappeared on others. Very unhappy! I went out and bought a glossy black from OPI and it's shiny, smooth and so much better. My Revlon Colorstay nail polish is ...read morenow in the trash. * I just applied this in No. 270 (Stiletto) and am not so impressed. I tried it yesterday and had to take it off and try again today. Same results upon application - it's thick, goopy and bubbles way too easily. I do like the wide, flat brush but it seems to wipe all the color away on the first stroke and I was left with streaks. The streaks filled in fine with a second coat (the color is a glossy black) but the consistency of the second coat on top of the first seemed goopy. I think this is a newer version because there is no extra clear coat that came with it. I'll update in a few days to let you know how long it lasted. Oh, and when I removed the first waaay-too-bubbled attempt, it was super hard to remove and my nails looked dirty with bits of black polish on the sides, even after I used a remover-soaked cottonball-wrapped toothpick. Not good

The colors are ok but the top coat is great!
I couldn't find the actual topcoat to review so thought I would review it here. The colors don't necessarily have much lasting power but after I polished my nails I applied the topcoat that a friend had and my polish lasted for an entire week without chipping. There was normal wear around the tips of the nails because I work on a computer all day. However I really enjoyed the lasting power of the ...read morepolish. I may also need to mention that I did the dishes without any gloves on and the polish still looked good afterward.
