this stuff is awesome
Until recently I rarely polished my nails because i hated it chipping a day later. but not anymore since i've tried colorstay. this stuff really works. it lasted for over a week and only began to chip after cleaning out my garage. i will definately be buying this again. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

nice
I like this nail polish, it goes on smooth and doesn't take forever to dry. I have acrylic nails and I will sometimes bring this polish for them to put on and it lasts just as long as the polish they use there, its great! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

UPDATE
*UGH! This stuff is simply not good. After my THIRD TRY with this - I'm an eternal optimist - I had to go back and rate it a one. It chipped within four hours, the application was streaky and bubbled and the shine stayed on some nails and disappeared on others. Very unhappy! I went out and bought a glossy black from OPI and it's shiny, smooth and so much better. My Revlon Colorstay nail polish is now in the trash. * I just applied this in No. 270 (Stiletto) and am not so impressed. I tried it yesterday and had to take it off and try again today. Same results upon application - it's thick, goopy and bubbles way too easily. I do like the wide, flat brush but it seems to wipe all the color away on the first stroke and I was left with streaks. The streaks filled in fine with a second coat (the color is a glossy black) but the consistency of the second coat on top of the first seemed goopy. I think this is a newer version because there is no extra clear coat that came with it. I'll update in a few days to let you know how long it lasted. Oh, and when I removed the first waaay-too-bubbled attempt, it was super hard to remove and my nails looked dirty with bits of black polish on the sides, even after I used a remover-soaked cottonball-wrapped toothpick. Not looking forward to removing this application, truthfully. On the plus side, the finish does seem really shiny. — 10 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Not good
I guess I expected a lot more out of this product. It got goopy and started sort of drying when I put on the second coat of color. I do like the top coat. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 5 people said helpful

The colors are ok but the top coat is great!
I couldn't find the actual topcoat to review so thought I would review it here. The colors don't necessarily have much lasting power but after I polished my nails I applied the topcoat that a friend had and my polish lasted for an entire week without chipping. There was normal wear around the tips of the nails because I work on a computer all day. However I really enjoyed the lasting power of the polish. I may also need to mention that I did the dishes without any gloves on and the polish still looked good afterward. I will be purchasing my own top coat and using this with my regular nail polishes not just the Revlon brands. — 9 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Okay
This stuff is a decent nail polish, although the dark purple color is somewhat thin. It took a few coats for a smooth color. For the price, you can get a lot better like Essie or China Glaze. I think it does last longer than the original Revlon polish, but I think the consistency might actually be worse. — 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

New Favorite Polish
This polish is not only very pigmented but shiny on it's own. It has a nice creamy finish and takes no more than two coats to put on. The brush is a little different than most, I must say, it is very round tipped when applicating. I have noticed one or twice the nail polish bubbles. But overall a great pigmented, shiny, fast-drying product. — 11 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Bonafide "Buttercup"
I tend to buy nail polish that has a strong salon-approved reputation but when color number 100 (Buttercup) caught my eye on a recent CVS trip, I knew it was the most perfect shade of yellow I was ever going to find. I enjoyed this product for its smooth application, color honesty and durability. The brush is a bit soft for my taste and fans out with too much pressure. Self-mani's can be tricky if you're not careful so I would advise to proceed with caution when applying. The shade of this product is perfect for year-round wear but I'm especially glad I got it in the knick of time for sunny weather! — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Best polish ever!
Colors are beautiful and the polish stays on longer than any polish I've ever worn on my natural nails. Better than OPI. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
