Not bad for a drugstore liner

This eyeliner is very creamy, comes with a handy smudger, and I love the color. I have the dark blue pencil that I like to wear with brown eyeshadow-- it helps my blue eyes look a little brighter. The liner stays fairly well, but does smudge once in a while. On the waterline, it fades a little, but I find that I only need to reapply once during the day and I'm set. So overall, I would recommend this liner to anyone looking for quality but doesn't want to spend $18 on a pencil at Sephora. — 2 years, 7 months ago

My favorite for years

I will try new foundation, new blush, new eyeshadows, mascaras and lipsticks but I will NEVER switch from the Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeliner. I was sort of surprised to see it on the "Top 17 eyeliners under $10" list only because I've been so loyal to it for so many years that I figured something better had come along by now. But then I thought, "How could it be any better?" I use it in Sueded Brown for its perfectly blendable (thanks to the unique blending tip) and long-lasting wearability. — 1 year, 4 months ago

Great eyeliner

I'm not sure if this is the exact one that i have (mine is called Revlon Matte - Luxurious Color Kohl Eyeliner) but in my experience, Revlon has terrific eyeliner anyway. It goes on smooth and the color is strong and vibrant. I also love that it comes with a smudging brush so you can experiment with different looks. — 2 years ago

Great liner, bargain price

Love that it actually goes on thin/sharp/precise so that you can have finely lined eyes or increase strokes for a more thick liner look. Color glides on dark which for a black pencil I love - it's not ashy black like others, color is true. Super easy application and totally smudgeable if desired. Pros: its creamy, decent pigmentation, true to color, it has a bulit in smudger which will create a different look, affordable Cons: tends to fade throughout the day if not used with a base, if you smudge it out too much the color will disappear so needs a good base, not many colors to choose from yet — 2 years, 7 months ago

Really stellar color, blends smoothly

I love colors, and I have trouble choosing just one. These are the first pencil liners I have ever used that blend so smoothly. Unflortunately that also means that they fade a bit, but they don't smudge at all which wins it a lot of points in my book. You really can't beat the colors in this series. I love the gold all around my eye, with the amber accenting the outside. It brightens and defines, opens up my eyes, and at the same time it's somewhat subtle because they're shades of brown after all. Really easy application, and the smudger is a fun bonus. I wish it were a couple dollars cheaper but I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. — 2 years, 9 months ago

I have never found an eyeliner I like. This is the first one. I usually start out liking it until like the 5th use and then they end up getting waxy and I have to rip my eyelids to apply a smattering of liner. This goes on smooth and perfect..
