Smears
SubCulture (228 reviews)Although smooth and easy to apply, this smudges right away and I don't have oily skin. I tried this in black, pewter and silver and they all smudge. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not bad for a drugstore liner
j_orestano (218 reviews)This eyeliner is very creamy, comes with a handy smudger, and I love the color. I have the dark blue pencil that I like to wear with brown eyeshadow-- it helps my blue eyes look a little brighter. The liner stays fairly well, but does smudge once in a while. On the waterline, it fades a little, but I find that I only need to reapply once during the day and I'm set. So overall, I would recommend this liner to anyone looking for quality but doesn't want to spend $18 on a pencil at Sephora. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
