Bold look
This was my first liquid eyeliner. It was affordable enough to let me practice. It did more than a bold eye look. When I apply this liner to the top of my upper eyelashes, I also feel that my lashes look thicker and a little more dense. It is still a bit difficult to make a steady line above my lower lashes, but that is probablly because I am not used to the liquid liner yet. For now I may use this only for the upper lashes. Unfortunately, this liner is not at all waterproof. Felt tip is too stiff
I like the felt tip to be not too firm but not too soft, so that there is a little give when I'm drawing the line. This is second best to L'oreal's. However once it's on, it's on all day without any smudging/smearing. Not too impressive

Staple in my makeup diet!
Considering I have blonde hair & blue eyes, eyeliners make me look too made up...however, when I use this in the Bronze, it's perfect. Not too dark, not too light. It's great for the daytime and because it's a colorstay product, it does what it states....it stays! I love this product and I keep coming back to it! Basic Staple ...LOVE!
I have been using this product for years and no matter how many different eyeliners I use, this one is absolutely fantastic...it's always my go to for eyeliner and gives me anything from a thin line or barely there eyeliner to a more dramatic cat eye. Yes, the applicator is a little bit stiff at first...but after a few uses it works just fine. I've also never had a liquid eyeline that stays on for so long without any smudging. So staying power is also great on this item. My one gripe...this is NOT for the undereye area. I also wish it had more a wet look over matte, but the deep blackness makes up for that (never fades). A Must-Have
I have this eyeliner in black shimmer, but it isn't shimmery at all which I like, because they were all out of black. It stays on all day but doesn't get dry and flaky, or dry too quickly so you can go over your lines to make them darker or thicker. And the brush is very easy to apply with. Not enough color and smudges

Doesn't Stay
Not a big fan of this eyeliner. While the applicator's nice and you can get a fine line with it, there's not a lot of product in the bottle and I've found that it doesn't stay on very well. I've pretty much given up on the cats eye look for this reason. Probably the Best Liquid Liner I Have Owned
I had been using L'oreal's liquid eyeliner before, the one with a brush tip. I try to stay away from felt tip ones because I didn't have a good experience with the ones by Palladio - I bought 2 and they dried within 2 weeks, even though I stored them properly. Anyways, I was loving L'oreal until I noticed that it didn't last very long and started peeling and flaking. That's when I came to know about the Revlon ColorStay eyeliner. It was fairly cheap, 5 something dollars, so I bought it. The brush was a bit tricky to manage at first (nothing compared to the L'oreal eyeliner brush though!) but I easily got the hang of it. It applies like a breeze, just make sure to wipe off the excess on the inner side of the vial to create a clean tip. It has a great staying power and comes off easy with a good makeup remover. It is almost matte, in case you're looking for a shiny/glossy eyeliner. It doesn't dry up as long as you store it properly. Another thing that I liked about this was that it has a tiny ball inside the little container. It gives me sort of a sense of security that there is some still left, and the ball helps mix the formula together too I suppose, since I have a habit of shaking the liner before applying it. It applies nicely over other eye makeup as well, such as eyeshadow or false lashes. There was absolutely no flaking or peeling, it has bold color, and comes off easily. What more could you ask for! This is the perfect eyeliner for me, can't complain at all. I keep it in my travel pouch because it is so easy to use, and a good on-the-go alternative for a gel liner for me.
