Distinct Smell, Crunchy Texture
There is a very distinct smell here, like baby powder and flowers. Its really strong and sticks with my hair all day. Plus, this makes my hair crunchy and stiff, not soft or manageable and it doesnt seem to be improving the health or texture of my hair. Terrible
Good for light hold, but doesn't last long at all. A few hours later, your hair will look like there was no hair spray applied at all! Blehhh
I got this because this came in a travel-sized version with Dove soap. The smell is far too strong ( makes me sneeze uncontrollably). The soap also came with a dollar off coupon so I guessed why not get it again. But I hate this hairspray! When you put it in your hair then brush it , it leaves flaky white stuff- even if you spray from afar. Amazing scent :)
I love this hairspray! The scent is heavenly, soft, and clean! It's not overpowering at all. When this came out years ago, I jumped at the chance to buy this product, even if Wilma Flintstone was the spokesperson. I love that it has great hold but still allows for movement. Ehh.
Pros: 1. Easy spray, and perfect mist. 2. Spray's on dry, doesn't feel like your wearing hairspray. Cons: 1. Doesn't hold whatsoever. 2. The smell is kind of overpowering. I really love the soft, classic scent of this hairspray. That being said, it makes your hair...crispy.. Like hardens your hair until it had a crunchy texture. You cannot possible run your fingers through it, although it does last.. Doesn't hold up to its claims
This hairspray claims to be extra hold but its mild at best. I have thin/fine hair too, so its usually easy to keep in place. It also males my hair oily for some reason. Only saving grace is the "dove" smell that I love.
