    Great sunblock for sensitive skin!

    by mpwilliams (7 reviews)
I love this sunblock, even for workout activities where you sweat. I'm allergic to lots of sunblock, and others really burn my face. This one doesn't! It keeps me from burning, keeps my skin feeling great and doesn't sweat off. Great stuff! December 16, 2007, 3:07 pm

    GREAT MAKE-UP BASE

    by bayyore (5 reviews)
I started using this almost a year ago when I got it free at an American Cancer make-up class. When you are going through chemo, you are super sun sensitive so sunscreen is your best friend. I never liked sunscreen on my face before this product--in fact I always hated the way it felt and reacted with my sensitive skin. Bu...t this stuff....feels wonderful and makes my make-up look wonderful. I will keep buying this product because it works! October 27, 2007, 10:03 am

    Protect Comfortably

    by Catherine (1 review)
I have been using Clinique City Block for 10 years. I have very sensitive skin and I happen to hate the smell and feel of sunblock anywhere on my body. This product has never irritated me, is odorless and greaseless. Within 3 minutes of applying the sunblock to your face, your skin will absorb it and you'll forget that it's... even on! This product is highly reccomended by me! October 16, 2007, 10:34 am

    Different texture

    by Cathy_H (19 reviews)
I like this product, but I do have to point out that the texture is totally different from a typical Clinique lotion. One little tube will last you at least a season if you use it everyday, like the pros recommend. Since I have sensitive skin, I only use this when I know I will be spending time outdoors, otherwise I rely o...n the 15 spf in my foundation. I was told that the 40 has a different formulation, and is actually thinner texture than this. I will be trying the 40 out when it's time to replace. April 27, 2008, 5:53 pm

    A very good product

My only real gripe with the sunscreen is the tint, which is not sheer (Clinique need to look the word up in the dictionary). It has an OK finish, a little on the dry side perhaps but the plus side of that is it wears well for longer, has a good compliment of antioxidants and provides adequate protection for day-to-day wear.... It also doesn't cause me any irritation. However the tint really does make this product unsuitable for me. It makes me look dirty, even if I apply less of the product and really blend it in well. It's a shame because other than that, this would be a HG product for me. May 20, 2008, 6:52 am

    One of the best

    by primosweet (9 reviews)
I'm a total fan of this sunblock. It is hard to find something that is not irritating for the face. This block is it. Non greasy, non smelly, non irritating, absorbs fast and protects. What else could you ask for. Tried others but always come back to this one. May 15, 2008, 6:45 am

Clinique City Sun Block SPF 25 Oil Free Daily Face Protector

    by carolcox (3 reviews)
The city sun block I use my Clinique comes in an all blue bottle, so I don't know if it's been improved, but it is fantastic. It really does help with keeping my makeup in place longer, as I perspire on my face alot. Since I'm using this product my make-up stays fresh looking all day. I bought it for the spf protection a...nd would liking to use it as a base for my makeup. December 2, 2007, 11:44 am

    Good, but not Great

    by hellobob (32 reviews)
This product is ok if you just want some light coverage, but if you apply enough to actually get adequate sun protection (which most people don't), the tube won't last long. Also, although it claims to absorb excess oil, it won't help you if you have oily skin. In my case it seems to actually increase shine. July 1, 2008, 1:58 pm

    Works great!

    by KBissonnette (9 reviews)
I use this everyday, and it works great. It has never irritated my skin at all. I do however wear neutrogena spf 55/70 if I know I will be out in the sun for a long time. But tis is great for everday skincare. June 2, 2008, 9:39 am
