I find that the body shop carries good makeup with very fair prices. This eye pencil is very good and less smeary than many I've tried in the past. The eyeliner is very blendable & has excellent color. It looks flawless when applied & the pencil is just the right hardness - not too hard or too soft. After a few hours the pencil may leak/bleed into the corners of the eyelids so beware of that!
