Because this is non-comedogenic, color/oil/fragrance free and fast absorbing, my husband uses it when his Nivea Men's lotion is out. But definitely not for everybody, it is a bit heavy for my skin (I have some acnes to take care of). According to him, the pump bottle is convenient to use, and it keeps his skin not so flaky and dry for all day long. That's all he needs. But I am sure that he does not mind anti-aging ingredients. I like the whole Total Effects line by Olay. It sure beats spending a fortune on beauty products! This moisturizer is available in fragrance free which is good for me. I have sensitive skin. If you don't have dry skin, it might be a little heavy but since getting older, I've needed the moisture. good cream, always a good bet

i had to stop using some of my face products a few years back when i got pregnant and wasnt allowed to have certain ingredients in my products. so i had to find a cream with no fragrance and no retinol and none of this and that and blah blah, there was a list! it took forever to find anything i could use, and i finaly found this cream. it took my skin about a month to like it, and then i kept using it for 2 years, it kept me from burning in the sun running thru the parking lots to the ob's and kept my skin from getting too dry or oily or crazy [at least on my face, where i put it!] and didnt irritate. i couldnt tell you whether it fought aging on me, at the time, it wasnt a consideration. it is gentle tho, and the pump is conveniant. its a fair price for a product you can use everyday and not think too much about. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

I use this everyday during winter. It is thick and rich, definitely helps combat dry skin without greasiness during the winter months. I'm glad it's available in no SPF since I wear it to bed. However it is too heavy for me to use in the summer. (I have combination skin) It doesn't smell "vitamin-y" for all the goodies they say it contains, probably because the packaging is airtight. Depending on your skin type, this may or may not be the ideal moisturizer. In my case, it definitely wasn't. It may have something to do with the sunscreen in it considering that some sunscreen ingredients can make formulations either greasy, pore clogging, or sticky, This absorbed fine but it was somewhat heavy feeling and moisturizer should never be so. Especially on warmer days when I applied this, I felt it was too much for me and I needed something lighter, much lighter. After probably four weeks of using this product, I didn't see any significant results and I needed to move forward. I liked Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel compared to this as it was lighter and fully absorbed and it ranges at a similar price. I also found the dispenser inconvenient for me on this product or it could just be my luck that I happen to purchase the bottle that sometimes gets stuck and I'd have to pull it back up but I found that sometimes product would lead into the crevices of the pump and therefore causing the mishaps. My go-to cream for a sans makeup day . . .

I always use the fragrance-free variety of this cream with the SPF 15 if I plan to venture out and about sans makeup . . . it is an excellent moisturizer for my complexion, which tends to be combination/oily at times, and renders my face virtually poreless . . . I also found it can be used under the eyes without irritation (at least for me), and with a subtle hint of rosy powder blush and a bright fuschia lipstain, I am ready to go in public without frightening the masses! I have hyper-pigmented skin and heard it is best to stay away from moisturizers with fragrance. This product is cheap, and a little goes a long way.
