loreal secretly knows the felt tip brush sucks. thats why they have this 'brsuh tip' [=better tip] option. they have a good liner formula and a nice deep black, its just the felt tips suck. alot. i like this one, its easy to aplly and control, dark, dramatic and long lasting. wears off a bit in the corners after 8 hours, but most of the line stays.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 7 people said helpful

Awesome liquid eyeliner
I decided to go for the ultimate liquid eyeliner with a brush applicator, hoping that it wouldn't derail me from using the pen version. Even my mom was impressed on how I brushed it on. Felt tip one is better
For the purpose of lining lids, this liner performs as expected. However the pros know that for application between lashes from the underside of lashes (near the water line), felt tip version is better because it allows you to push away the lashes to get right in there. This is a better technique because you won't see the bold line, and rather makes lashes look full like you put on fake lashes. line as thin or thick as you want!
i've been using this liquid eyeliner forever! i prefer the fine brush tip (e.g. to a marker-like felt tip) because it allows me to create a line as thin or as thick/dramatic as i want. it does require some steady hands! but once on, it wears really well - no flaking or fading. perfect for a dramatic cat-eye!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Didn't care for this one...

Everyday Use
This is the best liquid eyeliner. I am a makeup "junkie" and not a fan of felt tip liners but this is so easy to use for beginners and those who are at ease using liquid eyeliners. True color and precision lines so you don't look like a freak. I love the fact I can just apply the liner without stretching my eyelid or pulling from the brush. Smooth and Easy to use!!! Great Staying Power
This liner is great at looking exactly the same at the end of the day as it did when I put it on. The brush does take a little getting used to. I didn't like it at first, but eventually caught on and was able to get a decent line. Stays put
This eyeliner stays on really long and it's easy to do a cat eye with it. I've gone 10 hours and looked in a mirror with it still on just as I put it. It doesn't smudge either.
