My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots and frizzy ends. I have oily short hair so I like the Drama Clean conditioner. I often use 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioners but sometimes I like to use individual shampoo and conditioner. This one has a great tropical scent and makes my hair soft without weighing it down or making it greasy. I just tried this & it is great. I had already tried & liked the shampo but the conditioner is a winner too. Wonderful smelling-it makes me feel more awake in a nice way when I use it in the morning. It conditions very well without weighing my hair down-important if you use styling products afterwards like I do. It was really light and it rinsed cleanly from my hair so I'm glad there wasn't any buildup. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SCENT. It wasn't so moisturizing in the winter on my split ends, but I liked using it in the summer. It was quite refreshing.
