Not a "dramatic" clean...
I tried this as a "clarifying" shampoo to get all the product build-up off of my hair and scalp since I only wash my hair 3 times a week and blow it out. Despite being called "drama clean" it doesn't really seem to leave my hair all that clean. Soft, and smelling good, yes, but really clean? Not so much. Refreshing is Right
I tend to switch around on shampoos and this one is a winner. It smells GREAT-which is important to me no matter how immaterial to how it cleans. I like that it is a clear gel and not a cream-it makes me feel like my hair is cleaner but I never feel like it is stripped dry. It tingles a little too-just IS refreshing. No Drama for me

My favorite shampoo
I've been using this particular shampoo religiously for the past 3 years or so. It smells absolutely amazing (and the scent lasts a long time), rinses out well, and is one of the few products that doesn't make me look like a frizzy poodle but also doesn't leave my hair greasy either. Perfect Clarifying Shampoo
Yes this is a CLEANSING shampoo and that's EXACTLY what it does. I use this when I use a lot of hair product because it rids my hair of every last bit of it. It gives my hair that squeaky clean feeling and after I dry it (if i don't use it with a conditioner), my hair feels so light and fresh. It also smells GREAT kind of like an apple-ly fresh-ey scent? lol I haven't tried the conditioner yet because the only conditioner I use is the Herbal Essences Revitalizing conditioner which is a perfect match for this shampoo because it moisturizes your hair so well without leaving any residue or build up. :) ENJOY! — 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Great for clean hair!!

Why I Enjoy this Shampoo
Although I usually hate shampooing and conditioning my hair, Herbal Essences has made shampooing fun, and I look forward to it every morning! This shampoo has a wonderful, refreshing, and light scent. It also does a great job cleaning. Although some of the ingredients are questionable, most shampoos contain the same ingredients. I find myself coming back to this shampoo, because I often alternate shampoos. It does just as good of a job cleaning my hair as any other shampoo, or better! My two only complaints are the ingredients and that the bottle is too small!
