My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots and frizzy ends. This conditioner smells so good. I really like the consistency and the creamy-ness of this product. It makes my hair really silky and much stronger. I don't have as much breakage as I usually do.
