One of the Better DIY Colors
I like the creamy application of Garnier's "Herbashine." The pleasant scent is a plus. I always use two boxes and mix my own color to avoid a "flat" result (hair with just one tone and little shine). As with most home colors, I was disappointed by the fact that it didn't cover gray nearly as long as it claims. I love the easy application of the HerbaShine Color Creme. You don't have any drips and the color is amazing. Pick up 2 boxes if you have medium to thick hair! I always do this because I have run out before I was done too many times. You can always return the second box if you don't use it! Smells Wonderful!
How often do you hear about a hair color that smells good? Never, until this. Not only does this hair color not smell awful, but it delivers multi-dimensional color that covers grays, leaves hair soft and shiny, and has an easy and clean application because of the creme. I always have to use 2 boxes for my medium to thick hair so I have a suggestion. Always get 2 boxes in case you need more than 1, and if you don't, you can return it. Leaves your hiar with great color, shiny and soft it's really great results, feels like you just went to the salon. The color is very nourishing and leaves your hair absolutely perfect. I am a dark blonde and used the Copper Mahogany Brown. I wanted a red color and this really came out red. It saturated very well and the color was consistent. This was a very dynamic hair color and was not flat at all. It was pretty long lasting - especially for a red. It was easy to use and came with good directions. You also get more than enough product in the bottle. I have shoulder length hair and there was more than enough to accommodate. However, if you have super long hair, you may need two bottles. The scent was not over powering, though it did smell chemical The kit came with gloves which were actually usable. It also came with a very good conditioner, though not as good as the L'Oreal version. Works Very Well for a Box Dye
