Smooth and weighed down

If you have straight hair, this shampoo will add "weight" to your hair to make it even more smoother and flatter. If you have fine and sparse hair, you may want to stay away, but if you have dry hair, this will condition it and give moisture to help calm it down. Since it's only $2-$3, it's worth the price. Great drugstore buy.

Dry, Itchy Scalp

This is a revised edit. After using this product a few times, I experienced dandruff the worst I've yet to have it. I tried using less and even doing a pretreatment on my scalp, but this still left me feeling like I had ants on my head - I guess the ammonium lauryl sulfate doesn't agree with me.

A must have!

This product works better than the John Freida straightening shampoo! It really lives up to it's name. It looks like I used a hair straightener after I use both the shampoo and the conditioner. I also love the scent it has. Definitely a good buy.

5 Star Product

I have curly hair & I'm one of those girls that wish I had straight hair naturally. I just came across this shampoo randomly & decided to try it out. The first time I used it, I absolutely fell in love with it. It helps my hair to straighten much easy & stay stick straight.

Doesn't beat the heat.

Now while the shampoo has a nice smell and left my hair nice and clean, I saw no difference in my crazy curls. (even with blowing it out and flat ironing) I have thick, wavy/curly hair past my shoulders and it's done nothing to curb my insane doo. Don't buy this expecting to walk away with super pin straight hair, especially if you're trying to use it to replace the flat iron. I would recomend just using a heavy duty conditioner and sticking with the heat.

Nice!

This shampoo really leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. Not sure if it makes my wavy hair straighter, but definitely keeps it nice and moisturized and frizz free. Great for those who use heat styling tools!

Smells amazing!

I just started using this shampoo along with the conditioner and I absolutely love the smell. It really makes my hair nice and shiny and it helps control frizz. My hair is pretty straight naturally, but I didn't really notice a difference in the straightness of my hair since I started using the shampoo.

Love this stuff

I usually try to switch my shampoos every month or so to keep my hair silky but if i want to go out with my friends I always go to my old faithfull...pin straight....the amazing smell lasts all night and if your hair stays straight all night too! PERFECT!
