Now while the shampoo has a nice smell and left my hair nice and clean, I saw no difference in my crazy curls. (even with blowing it out and flat ironing) I have thick, wavy/curly hair past my shoulders and it's done nothing to curb my insane doo. Don't buy this expecting to walk away with super pin straight hair, especially if you're trying to use it to replace the flat iron.
