Best for waterproof mascara
I only use waterproof mascara so I never get raccoon eyes but this has also forced me to search for a good makeup remover - this one is the best! No oily yet amazing how well it works, doesn't sting my eyes - it's very worth the price - I only use it on my eyes, not the whole face, so it last for a long time. Few pumps on fingertips, rub it on the eyes then wipe off with tissue and rinse. All-Time Favorite
This is by far the best make-up remover I have ever used. It has a great scent (that I kind of wish they would make into a perfume, it's refreshing and clean) and removes even the most waterproof formulas on the market. It removes make-up (especially eye make-up) easily and without feeling like you're ripping out half of your eyelashes.
