This cream is a great hydrator for skin that has become dehydrated because of environmental exposure to cold, central heating, air conditioning, or airplane travel. I started out with a sample of this when an acne product horribly over dried my skin and its been true love ever since. My skin is ultra sensitive, breaks out extemely easy, and has a very dry surface. I have tried to match the quality with a few dozen other products that have ended up in the trash.
