Disappointing
I went through the 3 step process for this treatment with modest hopes of adding a bit of shine to my highlighted and fine hair. Sadly, my hair felt very rough after the gloss treatment and even after using the thick conditioner I still experienced breakage and snarls in my hair that I needed to cut out. My hair now feels thinner then before and definitely looks to be in worse condition. Shine on sassy girls
For those of us that have lost our shine beween color and heat, this is a lifesaver and a beacon in the realm of hair darkness. If you have a glossy look you might not notice but those of us with damage (bleach and coloring for me esp on my length) are so grateful for thisproduct.
