I'm always too scared to try new color at home because I am afraid I will mess it up or not like it. But when I saw this at the store and read that it was non-permanent, I bought a red color right away. It's good to play around and try new colors. It smells good and it does not damage your hair. I liked that this didn't have a strong odor. I don't like that you have to wet your hair first. I used the light ash brown color and it was ok, the color was a bit reddish and darker than expected. It only covered half of my grays. Tired of using permanent colors. good value but not sure if I would get again. — 1 year, 6 months ago

This claims to be semi-permanent. It took quite a while to wash out of my hair. There also seemed to be too much pigment. When I tried Shine Happy, my hair felt soft. That's about it. It is gentle and has no harsh smell which is good. — 1 year, 2 months ago

I just used this yesterday because I didn't have enough money to get it done in the salon this month. It covered my gray. I left it on a bit longer than I should've. The box said10 minutes, but no longer than 20 if you have hard to cover gray. I left it on for almost 20 minutes and it made my hair a bit too dark. Very reasonably priced — 4 years ago

I like this product, especially the non-brassy brunettes. It lasts for several weeks, and leaves my hair shiny, with no brassiness as it fades. It is easy and quick, and it doesn't smell bad. My only complaint is that it did not cover the gray hairs that are starting to show up along my part and hairline, which is really the whole point of coloring my hair. After using this I will probably take a long hiatus from salon color which can become costly. This is so much easier and cheaper. Plus I feel like I am doing something healthy for my hair, it actually doesn't feel to bad.
